Vacant Post: Pastoral Manager

Salary & Benefits: APT&C 17-22 (Actual Salary: £21,898 – £24,177)
Working Times: 40 hours per week, 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday (Term Time plus 5 Days)
Start Date: 1st January 2021
Reduced school year of 180 days plus 5 days, i.e. an additional 10 days of holidays.
We require a passionate, enthusiastic and highly capable individual to join the Pastoral Team with the potential of making two appointments to this role. The successful applicant will work closely with senior leaders and the wider Pastoral Team to support, develop and improve student attendance, welfare, well-being and conduct. It is an exciting time to join our team and you will have the opportunity to drive and further develop relevant systems and procedures to ensure that the College maintains the highest expectations of all students.
This role is crucial to the support and development of our students and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to have a significant impact upon the life of the school.
